1) The Reports Window, now has proper error checking that that the *.rpt files are actually there.
2) The Setup Program now correctly edits the Paths in the ini file
3) Some PCs may produce an Internet "Communication Error. In this case, better cancellation routines 
   have been put in place. The internet quick check form no longers tries to repaint itself in a loop.
4) I have not found out yet, why the internet communication error exists on some P.C. s

1)Internet problem fixed. The setup program now exports the old WSock32.DLL which is backwards compatable 
  with Internet Explorer 4.0
2) The Price History Data DATE is formatted into dd/mmm/yyyy
